Frame Lead

Formula Hardrocker Racing Club

Design leadership for the 2027 steel-tube chassis, supported by structural analysis, composite-joint testing, and supplier-facing technical documentation.

  • Lead the design of the team's steel-tube chassis for the 2027 Formula SAE competition vehicle.
  • Develop SolidWorks CAD and perform structural analysis in Ansys Mechanical to evaluate chassis stiffness, strength, and load paths.
  • Authored an industry-sponsored engineering test proposal, conducted Instron tensile testing, and analyzed coupon load-to-failure data for bonded carbon-fiber joints.

Paragon 28 / Zimmer Biomet

Software development, manufacturing training, quality inspection, and material review support, centered on a Windows-based implant visualization application.

  • Designed and developed a Windows application for configuring and annotating three-dimensional implant models.
  • Automated configuration management, form completion, visual redlining, and PDF export, then presented the completed application to engineering leadership.
  • Developed and delivered technical training on basic manufacturing processes for new Supply Chain team members.

  • Reorganized vendor file sharing tool to mirror our SolidWorks PDM Vault, improving revision control and access to supplier documentation.

Cattle operations, equipment operation, mechanical repair, and practical field testing in the environment where many independent projects were developed.

  • Performed cattle handling operations, including herding, sorting, and transport.
