On a two-person freshman team, I helped produce the mandatory 2026 Formula SAE Cost Scenario RFQ for the assigned suspension subsystem, documenting its complete manufacturing and assembly scope.

I designed the mechanical systems for an all-terrain RC car around a 2.8 kW brushless motor, then used bearing, driveline, gearbox, and suspension failures to refine a 250-plus-part printed assembly.
